Took us for 8g+. Yet, I keep seeing constant 5 star rating (ps, look at the people writing those reviews and you'll see they are friends with the "owner") because somehow their reviews from people like me are constantly getting taken off. We got 4g back because we used PayPal/our credit card for that amount and were able to fight it. What else did we get along with our 4grand? A pipe filled with concrete that leaked down into the kitchen ceiling (and the accompanying bill for that), a 25g bill from another company to fix/finish the work, a broken sink, lots of lies and enough fighting inside my marriage that it almost killed us. They sound nice. They sound great but know the profile photo office doesn't actually exist.... Also nonexistent is their insurance and contractors licensing. So, if you like getting screwed over, this is absolutely the company to use! Oh, did I mention that you can find the current lawsuits against them online because it's public info? There's over 10 listed. Best of luck. I didn't sue but only because I don't believe I'd ever see another red cent even if I won. ^ This is the review I left on Facebook too. Here's the response from the owner: Custom Concrete Solutions: You also forget to mention that the owner was not involved in your bullshit project due to someone misrepresenting the company and he refuned everything you ask for and you said you were happy I tried to help you and told you Stan did this I had major health complications April 24 at 3:07pm I was blocked from responding after that. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY. I've now talked to others who have similar stories.
