Owner and founder of Tisdale Home Solutions, LLC, David Tisdale, has been a custom home builder since 2005. Tisdale Home Solutions, LLC was created to address the expanding remodeling market in Cumberland County. In an industry saturated with generalized handymen, we believe that specialized work should be performed by specialized tradesmen. We leverage our quality subcontractors to ensure that the work performed on your house is as good, if not better, than if it were originally built that way. Our goal is to bring the craftsmanship of custom home building to our remodeling clients. We make sure that all necessary permits are acquired and that all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work is performed by licensed professionals.   | Whole House Remodel | Feb 2013 | The clients purchased this home and wanted to update the interior before they moved in. We remodeled the kitchen by taking down a small wall and all of the dated wallpaper. New cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We restructured the master bathroom by switching the location of the shower and the toilet area. New cabinets, new tile, and we replaced the 80's jetted tub with a free standing air bath. | Fayetteville House Remodel | Jul 2013 | Raised the floor in the single car garage to level with the rest of the house and converted it into a recreation room. We removed the wall between the garage and the kitchen to make the entire area open. We moved the exterior wall in the kitchen to the outside edge of the old front porch (4 feet) to pick up more room in the kitchen. We also added a 28' x 8' covered porch on the front of the house with stone columns and Ipe decking.
