Tom and Patrick rock!! I had ceiling work that had been botched twice before. They came in and told me what needed to be done and how long it would take. They did excellent work and Tom always checked with me as the project progressed. Definitely my go to guys. I’ve already referred them to my best friends. Thanks Tom and Patrick!!

Above and beyond- that's what Tom with Leach & Sons accomplished repairing my deck. The deck was in poor condition and needed a lot of work. Tom didn't hesitate to dive in and tackle the job. Because of the odd layout of the deck there were a lot of non standard angle cuts he had to make. He did it all with patience and a cheerful attitude. He even fixed my fence gates and patched a couple of spots on the siding of the house. I would recommend Tom and Leach & Sons to anyone. I should add that Rebecca also was a joy to have on the job.

I recently moved to the area and needed an exterior door with a dog door installed. I move a lot so I usually go to a handyman for this sort of thing as big companies s usually view this type of job as not worth their time or take forever to start and finish the project. I called Leach & Son's and they responded right away. Tom was incredibly responsive and very professional. When I explained the job, they were able to see me that week. During the process they were transparent; allowing me to pay directly for the cost of materials. Other vendors might up charge the materials or buy the lowest grade simply to do the job, but Tom gave me choice and his professional expertise, giving me confidence in process before the labor even started. Upon installation, Tom and his team did exceptional work! They not only replaced the door, but the trim and base as well! The team worked incredibly quickly and delivered results beyond my expectations. If you're looking for a handyman team, stop your searching and give them a call. Simply put, they are the best home improvement team I have had the pleasure of hiring and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I hired Leach & Sons to install two new storm doors, paint two exterior garage doors, prep and paint a main/sub deck, and repair/paint two rotting shed doors. Tom and Rebecca came out, evaluated the work requests, and gave me a fair price estimate. All the work was completed in a timely manner with professional results. These folks are hard working and honest. They even found and corrected a few additional items along the way without raising the original price estimate.
