I have had nothing but horrible interactions with McKee since I purchased my home in December 2017. This is my third new home and by-far the worst. The fine details such as trim work, interior painting, craftsmanship, landscaping, etc were all done fast and shoddy. Throughout the build process when problems were identified McKee attempted to explain them away and would only respond when we would highlight they were violating the design plan. McKee rushed the closing and insisted that all issues found during the walk-thru would be solved by the post closing. Since that time, McKee has been almost impossible to coordinate with due to a lack of communication. When they have sent workers, they did more damage then good. I am now on my fifth iteration of attempting to get them to fix all the cosmetic issues with them home and still fighting to get them to respond to my requests.
