Bell Cow Heating and Cooling

Bell cow did some work for me through my insurance provider. While using insurance they usually call the shots and did so in my case. They in fact send Bell Cow out to my house. On the first trip they found the problem and my insurance company ordered the parts and sent them to Bell Cow. They were prompt and came out asap after they received the parts. My tech was Timothy who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me and to explain what my problems were with my unit were. He did several things while here that he didnt have to do and I really appreciate the time and effort that he provided.
