Randy Cash gives A+ service. Many years ago, Mr.Cash happened to be standing behind me as I was having problems trying to find a counter top water heater. The salesman at a local building supply knew nothing about the merchandise. This was my fourth visit to different stores and no salesman knew anything about water heaters. Mr. Cash stepped up and knew exactly what I needed. Within one hour he was at my house installing a new water heater. I highly recommend him and his skills. I have also watched his boys grow into men. Mr. Cash is hardworking, honest and does not take advantage of his customers. I've never used another plumber since.

Randy and his son came out to my place of business after I had called 3 other plumbers to take care of my business' backed up sewer line. All the others came out and tried and all said the problem was a broken pipe under the parking lot. After informing me of this they all (but one) gave me a bill for $235.00 without even fixing the problem! One plumber left without charging me or even telling me they were leaving and called me later saying it was a broken pipe under the parking lot. I called Randy Cash Plumbing on a referral from my friend. He said, "If other plumbers say it can't be fixed, he will fix it." After coming out, five minutes after I called him, he and his two sons were all over my parking lot and in the manhole trying to find out what the problem was. They were there well into the night! Then out of nowhere I heard them yelling like a football team that had just won the big game! They had cleared the pipe and saved me the trouble of having to pay those other companies for a camera in the line and digging up my parking lot! Thank you Randy, Chris and Brandon! Not just for staying until it was done, but charging me what I even thought was too little for the job you guys did!

Randy and son came to fix small plumbing issue. Very happy he came same day while also working around our schedule. Helped us understand the problem and the fix. Would consider using him again.
