Exterior Home Solutions replaced a wood privacy fence. They did such a great job and were hard working, did the job quickly. I was very impressed with the fence and the Company. I would hire them again for other projects.

First we had our roof done very satisfied, however we now have a leak in our kitchen on the ceiling called no response. We also invested in a deck as well we were patience as covid hit he had our money. However their were missing parts to the steps of the deck JIM and his workers stated that he would get the parts to complete the project. I've called , texted left messages to get the problem solved. Should this not be resolved I am going to call the news station that solves problems such as these. With him you are told that if you have issues to call him. I have been at this quite a while with no response. Either the new station if that fails small claims court . All I ask is you stand by you word which you have not thus far. Mrs. Cruz

m Zaccone is a crook, habitual liar and not licensed as a general contractor or insured. He and his "staff" were to take an unfinished room in our home and create an office. Two months later it is still not complete, horrible drywall work (I can see tape lines and lumps in the walls) and painting (many areas not even painted all the way), no door, half the trimming done, no permits were filed with the state nor inspection done, lighting not complete, the extra flooring was taken by him, no covers on switches or outlets, one of the workers actually took a nap on the job in a chair in our home when he was supposed to be working, proper barriers were never put up during the work which lead to drywall dust being ALL AROUND OUR HOME AND EVEN ON OUR DINING ROOM TABLE and I got horribly sick with respiratory issues from it all. He was paid in full almost $9,000.00, which he claims was a deal to us and stopped responding to texts and calls. I am disgusted that this man took advantage of a situation and me while my other half is deployed!!!! Truly a dishonest and disgusting man that ran away with our money!

I can't say enough great things about Jim Zaccone and his company. From his sales presentation, knowledge, experience, and his personal interest, to his fine trained, experienced, and precision hard working crew. What a perfect job, from "tear down" of the old deck, disposal of it, preparation of the area for the new deck, moving deck furniture to a safe place, building the new deck I wanted, and going as far as replacing the deck furniture on the new deck... SUPERB JOB. I recommend this young man and his company with 5 plus stars.
