Honest Hunter Springs Review , I signed a contract back in November to have drainage installed in my backyard due to flooding. After asking Scott multiple times ”Could you let me know how much you think this would change the cost?” No revisions or change orders were made to the contract. Scott contacted me June 4th 2 weeks before the project was going to start regarding the project. I told him that if it is more than the initial cost do not install the landscaping. Still no change order. Scott agreed and said “It all goes to the same pot.” Workers showed up at my house on a Thursday morning. I was not home. My wife introduced herself to Dan and EJ. They explained the project to her. Not once stating an added cost or additional work. The next day I called Scott regarding doing a future project, he never mentioned any added cost. The same day I asked Dan if the landscaping was included in the contract. He said yes that it was included in the contract. I received an additional bill for $2500 that I never authorized with a change order. The project was completed and I called Scott regarding this added cost. Scott said “You are a teacher you are not stupid” you should have known that it was going to to cost more. I would highly recommend no one to do business with Hunter Springs. I am absolutely appalled that no change order with price or even a quote was given.

We have used the professional services of Hunter Springs Landscaping at our former home preparing beds and tree planting. The choice of trees was very appealing and the beds added charm to the property. In our current property we have relied on Hunter Springs for a number of tasks. They performed extensive tree and brush removal to significantly open our yard view to our lakefront. They corrected drainage issues with below ground drain pipes, and a stone retaining wall. Tree plantings have provided charm and needed privacy. There will be more to come this spring. We certainly recommend Hunter Springs, and know that you will enjoy working with them.

I have used them in the past to do a complete landscaping plan for my home and the workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Hunter Springs recently did some work for me on two projects...1) a replacement asphalt driveway which was done quickly and is perfect...2) Clean and seal my brick walkway. Both projects were done professionally and quickly. I would recommend Hunter Springs to anyone looking for a high quality landscaper who does outstanding work and exceeds expectations for customer service.

We were brought into this project because the earth slope under the fence came nearly to the back of the house, making the space unusable. By properly excavating the narrow area, taking into consideration proper water management (drainage) and choosing the right materials for retention, we created a usable, cozy and fun place to hang out. We used a natural limestone boulder that is gauged for proper placement & shear locking. The new patio surface is a mixed pattern Pennsylvania blue stone with deep color tones. Both natural stones work great together, the result is a beautiful & functional rear patio.
