Vera Cruz Repair LLC

Our outside AC unit quit working on the hottest day of the year thus far. With very limited funds and a disabled husband with breathing problems I began the search to find a repair company ASAP. While some quoted me a double service charge for weekends, other companies wanted to put me off until Monday. When I called Vera Cruz Repair I spoke with Dave and he was happy to help me and said they'd be there within 2 hrs. Arriving promptly they had us up and running within an hour and went above and beyond when they found problems other than our AC unit that had caused our problem. Both necessary parts were readily available in their truck and I didn't have to wait days for parts as has been my experience with some companies I've done business with in the past. Because of the 2 separate repairs I expected a hefty final bill but was surprised at how extremely reasonable the final cost was. They included a very nice veteran's discount and charged us less for both repairs than some companies quoted me just for a service call. I would highly recommend Vera Cruz Repair and should I have any trouble in the future they'll be the first I call.
