Please see my review dated 12/21/2021. This contract started in 10/2020. As of today, 02/10/22 he has made no effort to pay anything back on the money he stole from us. We are still pursuing additional legal actions against him. The other negative review just before ours shows that he robbed a church the same way and has not paid them back either. It is also important to know that he is NOT a licensed contractor.

Jamie T******* DBA The Cool Heat Company, *** **** ******** *** ************* *** * ***** ******** * ***** ********. We signed an Acceptance of Proposal with this business on 10/06/2020 for the purchase and installation of a Goodman 3 ton air handler w/ 15 kw heater, Goodman 3 ton 14 Seer heat pump, digital thermostat and other items. We paid Mr. T****** $4,750 in cash on 10/06. We have yet to have this system installed and do not have everything we paid for to hire someone else to complete the job. Upon investigation to prepare for this complaint, we have since discovered that we paid for 3 tons but actually received 2.5 tons of each item. Confirmed by the serial #s of both. Heat pump serial # = **** ****** & the air handler serial # = **** ****** ********** We now feel we were overcharged for what we actually received which may not even be sufficient for the needs of this house. We have contacted Mr. T****** numerous times between 10/06 up to 02/17/21 when we finally realized he has no intentions of completing the job. Our son lives in the house that needed this heating system and has had to use space heaters through the winter which has caused him to have excessive electric bills. Still no resolution and no heat system as of 12/25/21. MERRY CHRISTMS!

Engaged this company to put a furnace and air conditioning system in our church and fellowship hall.. It was to be installed within 9-10 days. It has been over 6 weeks and still not even half way in. Company does not have their own contracting license. We paid for job and parts and have now had to hire another company to do the job that we paid him to do.

I was needing an experienced HVAC company to install a system in my newly built home...I'm glad I chose this company, not only were they cheaper in price but there experience was unbelievable! I would definitely recommend The CoolHeat Company to anyone. An A++++ company to hire
