First Rate Appliance

My sub zero wine cooler was not cooling. I called First Rate Appliance based off of the manufacturer's recommendation. Sean was able to diagnose the problem and explain to me what the issue was. He used mats to protect my floors, even though I have 3 big dogs that are "ruff" on them, and he took the unit back to his shop for the repairs. About a week later he came back out and my wine cooler had been working better than ever. I'm pleased with the service and I will be using First Rate Appliance again if I ever have an issue.

They came out to fix the ice maker on my subzero in Oct. 2016. Charged 600$ for a new ice maker. All was fine for a few months until it stopped working. They came out again in Jan. 2017 and replaced it again and wanted to charge me again for it. I refused to pay since I had just paid them for a new one. Now, July 2017, it's not working yet again and they will not stand by their work. They won't even come out unless I pay for a service call. I would NEVER recommend this company. Their customer service and their work are both terrible.
