Refrigerator stopped cooling, freezer stopped freezing, but still had power. Only 6 months old so contacted the manufacturer who contacted Whitman. Appointment was several days later. We explained the problem to the technician when he called. He said he knew what the problem was and had the part to fix it with him. He was in and out in five minutes and fridge has been working fine. Only problem was arrival time - was over an hour later than expected.

They came out on 06/18/24 and told me my refrigerator needed a new condenser coil which they had to order. They showed up 3 weeks later with no parts in hand and spent 90 minutes trying to fix my refrigerator. They said it was repaired and left but it never worked after that. When I called the manager and complained I was told to find another company to service the fridge.....I filed a complaint with the PA Better Business Bureau after that interaction. These guys are incompetent and fraudulent, do not let them into your home.

Ramon in their office was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. Representative lied about time in transit, not once but twice. They rushed a tech out of my house without finishing the repair so I have to reschedule and pay for a secon trip.

Had an issue with my ice maker not making crushed ice, only cubes. Reached out to Frigidaire, they in turn put me in touch with Whitman Appliance. They ordered the needed part, scheduled a day and window time. I wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to my service technician Frank....with a 9am-12pm window time, I though I'd be stuck waiting for his arrival until 12pm. Low and behold he gave me a 8:50 courtesy call and arrived promptly at 9:00..., he walked up the driveway not across my lawn (thank you), introduced himself and where he was from, he respectfully donned his mask (Covid-19) he took pics, before he began his work. Not only did he replace the non-functioning unit, he also noticed my right side door handle was loose and took the liberty of tightening it!!! One of the best experiences with a service provider ever. I would be remised if I didn't mention the office staff as well, they kept me abreast of the scheduled delivery date of my part that needed to be ordered.
