Advent Construction has over 37 years of time proven Experience and Knowledge. During the past 37 years Nick Shlitter Owner and General Contractor of Advent Construction in Federal Way, WA. Has designed and completed well over 465 new custom homes projects as well as hundreds of residential renovations and remodeling projects. Such as room additions, basement and attic remodels, bathroom remodels and custom decks projects. Advent Construction is extremely proud of their reputation for quality. Nick has completed several small projects ( bathroom w/sauna, fireplace in master bedroom, repair french drain system in negative driveway) and two large (full remodel of front half of home, complete courtyard renovation) for me. His knowledge of ALL aspects of construction and his attention to detail is amazing. Nick's ability to address all of my concerns is what keeps me coming back. He has continually delivered quality projects. I highly recommend him and I will use him on any future projects.
