Do not hire, Zero Stars, Should be negative stars. Staring on day one of a bath remodel, they did significant damage to my home and could not propose a proper fix for the damage to the satisfaction of the building inspector. Then we found out they did not have the proper license to work in this city. They never did finish the job. I had to find another contractor to finish the job. the only reason I gave 1 star is because this site requires at least one star to post a review

So far, my experience with Better Home Remodeling is not good. They started the project quickly but on the first day they started making mistakes. Then the plumber they brought into the project ( Knock Out Plumbing) compounded the mistakes, leaving the floor structure compromised. The fixes they decided to implement did not pass building inspection. Now they will not return my calls. City of Bellevue will not let them do work in Bellevue. I will report back as the situation changes.

I hired Linh's company to install new tile in my main foyer and around my fireplace. They did a fantastic job and provided great customer service. I would use them again and recommend this company to anyone else looking for a highly competent contractor
