Joe from L&S Homes was wonderful to work with. We had to reschedule because he caught a cold on our original start date, but he got in touch with us quickly when he recovered. He showed up on time, was respectful of our schedule, and completed our project quickly and did a really great job. We hired Joe for some minor home repairs. His rates were extremely reasonable, and he was clear up front about what everything would cost, where he would be acquiring materials, and how long he though it would take. He completed the job faster than expected and under budget, he cleaned up after himself when he was done, and he was easy to work with. We'll definitely be calling Joe again the next time we need work done on our home.

Did great work for me installing an exterior railing and fixing my fence. On the ball with communications, prompt in scheduling, and well-executed carpentry.
