They say they are professionals, however, our 14 day walk in tub instillation took 58 days to complete. They failed inspection at our residence on a final walk through inspection due to not having a GFI outlet installed on our 7,000 tub. They also failed to seal pipes two times in a row, on two separate occasions and released a half of a tub of water that drained from the 3rd level on our 2nd level, where they cut the hole to add pipes. These folks aren’t accountable for their actions and passed over us with a minimum of concern. Also they tried to stick it to my 85 year old grandmother trying to charge her 1000 dollars to fix the mistake cut they made. This whole was the same size as tile on the kitchen floor. Obviously, your workers are side hustling penny pinchers. Home Depot is handling this case as we speak. I hope you treat the next house you walk into better than the experience we had. I hope you grow and learn from the mistakes you made. All that water that saturated our place and you guys never even apologized, just looked at us like a deer in headlights.
