Cash's Tree Service

We have used Cash's Tree Service for the past 18 years and have been very happy with the jobs they've done. They have always done exactly what they said they would and at a very fair price. Steve is the best. He's knowledgeable and will tell you what he thinks is best for your trees. He's never failed us yet. Highly recommended.

June 28, 2020 Cash's Tree Service did an excellent job! The project entailed cutting back limbs from the perimeter of the house, as well as trimming a large palm, and removing a dead tree. Felicia, the arborist, visited the property to provide an estimate. She is a professional in every respect and her knowledge is superb. A date was scheduled and Felicia accompanied the crew to provide an overview of what needed to be done. She left and the crew of 3 gentlemen efficiently and seamlessly completed the job. It was very detailed because many of the trees belonged to the neighbors that were cut back from our property. They did a beautiful job on the trees so much so that you can't even tell they were here. Bottom line, they know what they are doing and did it well. We couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend

Mr. Steve Cash doesn't deserve the crew he employs. He is a very dishonest individual. He came highly recommended by another arborist company. OMG!!!! What a big, big mistake to have hired this man and his company to cut down and remove trees and debris from our property. I lodged a complaint against him with the BBB. Nothing happened. I lodged a complaint with my credit card company to stop payment for the 1/2 garbage job done as a result of Steve Cash's decision-making. Cash instructed his employees to not remove the debris from our property. I know he did. That was included in the written contract. He broke the contract by not completing the job. Cash's company removed some of the debris but left a whole lot on the property. Cash lied to my credit card company from the "get-go" and they bought it!!!!!! I submitted my reasons in a narrative why Cash shouldn't be paid the contract price of the job since he didn't complete the job and I also sent "before and after: photos as well. The credit card company bought his lie!!!!! I received a final decision from the credit card company and this is what the review specialist said (verbatim) in one specific paragraph: "As you mentioned when you (credit card company is referring to me and wife) contacted us, you are disputing the charge because you feel the merchant (Cash's Tree Service, aka: Steve Cash) did not provide the services you purchased........"The merchant (Cash's Tree Service, aka: Steve Cash) advised us that............they did pick up all of the debris. "The merchant (Cash's Tree Service, aka: Steve Cash) is also saying the debris in the photos (that is, those photos which we sent to the credit card company as part of the arbitration) process) WASN'T THERE WHEN THEY (THAT IS, CASH'S TREE SERVICE, AKA: STEVE CASH) LEFT THE PROPERTY AND THAT OUR CUSTOMER (that is, my wife and I) PUT THE DEBRIS THERE AFTER THEY (THAT IS, CASH'S TREE SERVICE, AKA: STEVE CASH) HAD LEFT AND FINISH(ED) THE JOB." So, Cash says to the review specialist who arbitrates this case that after he/his company removed the debris, my wife and I put the debris back? How is that possible? If Cash claims to have removed the debris, how could we have put it back? How lame can this lie be? The credit card company believed Cash from the beginning, even when Cash gave the wrong dates on his response to my complaint. For any of you out there who want tree or debris removal from your property, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY!!!!! He is dishonest and a crook, and treats his employees like crap. I had to pay another company an extra $750 to clean up the mess that Cash left on my property. Steve Cash will lie until he gets what he wants. This man is a piece of work. Have a great day....
