Myers Tree Service Inc

John E. Myers moved to Fernandina Beach when he was 7 years old. He graduated from Fernandina Beach High School and then began his service with the US Air Force. His first business adventure was with the local family grocery store in 1970. In 1982 he got into the shrimping industry with 2 boats. He then began the tractor business with one backhoe and a farm tractor plowing fields for local growers. He began focusing on the tractor business and it began to flourish. He sold the other businesses and thus Myers Tractor Service was officially open for business. In 1989 the tractor service was incorporated and business grew as the company started servicing the building industry. With the housing growth in the area the need for professional tree service became necessary not only for land clearing needs but for the homeowners. Thus began John E. Myers Tree Service. It was incorporated in 1996 and provides residential and commercial service.
