I decided against having the project done because it is more money than thought. However they are very professional and responsive

Thomas started the project on our house on September 15, 2016, and today the project is still not completed. We hired him to repair leak to our upstairs faux french door in upstairs bedroom and sheet rock, paint repairs to the formal dining room window sill. He estimated at the most it should take about 3-4 days to do the project. He is unprepared when doing the job. He has no helper with him because he doesn't want to cut into his profit. He removed the door from the upstairs but could not bring it downstairs to work on it and had me and my daughter helping haul the door the driveway. The door was installed sloppy and the trim painting not well either. He insured us the door was installed correctly and it would not leak anymore. First rain we had, it leaked again, so it was not fixed but he told us because the threshold was too short that he installed on it. He did not make sure size was correct before reinstalling. He then installed a threshold extender and caulked it to try to fix it. I also noted There was light and air coming in through the bottom of the door. The next wk he came to texture, float the window sill and did not allow the joint compound to dry completely, just let it dry for a couple of hours and proceeded to spray texture. He did an awful job with this, blamed it on his texture gun, so scrapped the texture and compound off. He told us he booked other jobs the rest of the week so would have to complete job the following wk. In my opinion, he should not have booked other jobs when he had not finished out project. He came last October 3 to redo the float, compound to window sill, but had to let it dry this time so I told him to come back Thursday, October 6 and He No show, no called. As of today My formal dining room is a mess with plastic and job is still uncompleted. Not to mention he damaged the stucco and paint on the balcony upstairs by stepping on it when I told him not to because it was a faux balcony. He also damaged the window sensor to the alarm system when he removed the sheetrock around the window sill. He does not do a good job cleaning after his work either, each day we had to clean up after him, vacuuming and sweeping debris he left on floors and in the driveway.

The work was done very well. Thomas was flexible regarding scheduling the work and made sure everything was completed to my liking. He has a wide array of skills and was able to complete several diverse jobs at my property. His rates are very reasonable. I will definitely use his services again.
