  | Hopewell Junction New Home | Jan 2012 | Cleared the site, installed the driveway, dug foundation, all on a very challenging site. The site was steep and full of giant boulders which we had to move with our largest excavator, Hitachi EX300. In one corner of the foundation we had to hammer rock to get the footings in for a full basement. We saved the nicest boulders and stored so the moss and lichen would remain, then placed all around the house to appear as natural as possible. Customer wanted to save as many trees as possible which is doubly tough on a steep site as we need to over dig for access. Then we built the house. | $550k | Hopewell Junction, NY |
