First of all Improvement Specialty LLC primary is Miroslav Vira. This company's license expired in 2009 and no insurance listed. From a personal experience I would not hire him ever again. Tiling skills are questionable at best. Doesn't even attempt to level floors. Will make up lies when brought to his attention such as it is not done this way. Knows absolutely nothing about pocket door installation. Helpers are not licensed and probably illegal aliens, unable to speak and read English, verbal commands not understood and left alone on job. Time management is horrible and never on time. Does not stand behind his work. DO NOT HIRE!!!
