Shoals MPE is comprised of area-familiar companies: Hearn Plumbing, Tim Rhodes Electric and HVAC and Hearn Heating and Air. Hearn Plumbing was started in 1973 with Tim Rhodes Electric following suit in 1976. These companies have joined forces and are now all called Shoals MPE. We specialize in all facets of HVAC, plumbing and electrical. We are a family-owned business and pride ourselves in running a family-oriented operation. The companies combined now employ approximately ninety (90) people. Our team consists of seven estimators, two general foreman, a CFO, three clerical staff members, two shop personnel and the remaining members in the field. Of our approximately ninety (90) employees, 22 are of mechanical trade, 23 of plumbing trade and 45 are of electric trade. Shoals MPE maintains a fleet of 58 vehicles. Our portfolio includes service, residential, commercial and light industrial work. We offer on-call service seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Our work primarily includes a sixty (60) square mile radius of the Shoals Area for construction customers and a fifteen (15) square mile radius for service customers. This includes ten (10) counties and sixty-eight (68) cities/towns.
