Joe's painting

Joe's painting as they're calling themselves on this website is also AKA Joe's painting & more. They started out doing a really nice job on my house. They did my back, side and front mostly really good, a few places near my porch weren't painted well and right next to the trim on the side next to the front there are problems. However they didn't paint my steps to my porch, they didn't paint the porch as promised and then the side that on my neighbor's property was done very badly. The spray painted it but missed a done of places. A lot of boards were missed and other we're covered very well at all. The didn't paint attic vents and some trim on that side as well. They didn't caulk it well like they did the rest of the house and in general rushed through that side because I believe they had another project that was starting and they could not complete painting my home. I spent over 20,000.00 and they got their money and just left. I kept contacting them and they kept telling me dates when they would come back and they didn't show up. The finally came on 11/09 & 11/10/2019 and worked for an hour both days and still didn't complete finishing painting my home. The on site supervisor said the over all painting on that side was so bad he would need to paint it again. Though he could not be bothered after I spent so much to at least paint what was missed and then when he had time to come back and paint the side again. Instead he came painted for an hour in very nice weather gather up his ladders and said he would be back in the spring. He didn't care that the owner in an IM to me said they finish all project they start. Didn't finish my home paint. Joe's painting also overcharged me for things that were in the contact and also in IM's sent by the other. They charged too much to my credit care for things and to my knowledge my home doesn't have as much crown molding as they bought. So I have asked very nicely for an itemized statement of charges and have received none. I have posted pictures of the uncompleted work and the owner has attacked me on a very popular forum. Saving personal things about me instead of keeping it professional as a contract dispute as it's is. They not only overcharged things on my credit cards but also overcharged me for labor that they owner herself sent in an IM and the on site supervisor said what she says doesn't matter and I was paying this price not her price. So beware hiring them and get a written contract signed by you and them. If they make changes get it in writing and make sure what happens to me doesn't happen to you. They do good work when they want to but if they don't have time for you then you'll have a hard time getting them to complete the job. As the owner told me herself one time the on site supervisor loves money and if you have any he'll try to get it. So protect yourself from them not completing your project, protect yourself from them overcharging you and protect your get everything in writing and don't let them make any oral contracts with you.

Joe and his co-worker arrived 10 minutes early. Quality of work was excellent. Finished quickly and left absolutely no mess. Priced the job reasonably and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Joe's painting last summer to refinish my mother's deck and do a couple of other smaller jobs. We are STILL waiting for him to finish the deck. He was supposed to come back and put on the second coat and never has and we keep getting the run around...promising they will be right on it and then never seeing them. Check out the FB page to see how many times I have contacted them. Unfortunately my mother went ahead and paid them in full so they have no motivation to actually finish the work. Way to take advantage of a senior citizen!

I can not attest to your quality but I can to your character. How ugly it was to flip off and curse at a teenage driver who is not from the area and was already nervous driving in the city. You had children in the car and were acting any such way representing a business on your back glass. When I attempted to call your business number you picked up and attacked me. I never raised my voice or spoke harsh words. Yet you screamed and cursed at me and then hung up. Word of mouth goes far and I will make sure to express my opinion when painting services are ever needed.
