Crowley Exteriors

Our home was damaged by grapefruit sized hail that hit O’Fallon in March 2024. After becoming extremely frustrated with the process of locating a contractor to assist with the repairs on our home, and the insurance run around, we connected with Jack Crowley from Crowley Exteriors. I had already begun to project manage some aspects of the multiple repairs (7 or 8 different trades were needed) and Jack effortlessly stepped in to assist. He was able to define what areas of expertise he could assist with and where another subcontractor would need to be located. There were times in the project, as with any construction project, that we were thrown some decent curve balls from other contractors that I had hired. Jack dropped everything to come over the next business day to assess the situation and evaluate next steps. He spent time (that I know he didn’t have) to reassure me that we were on track and also stepped up the timelines for some of our installations. He is accessible and responsive. He was a true partner and advocate for us with our insurance company and throughout our repair process. His calm demeanor, responsiveness and follow through make the repair process, while difficult, draining and frustrating, absolutely more bearable. Thank you Jack! Our house looks amazing!
