Florissant Glass Co.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Recently through a contractor, Florissant Glass took an order to replace a storm window on a house I was selling. The date of service was set for Friday August 23 by my contractor. I called to check on that date and the guy I spoke to kept yelling to someone else and leaving the call for minutes at a time. He repeatedly asked me the address and the name of my contractor and proceeded to deny they had any order at all though I was looking at a letter from this business--I had to read it to him. Then he said the person who signed it no longer worked there. He proceeded to dis my contractor and demanded to know what I had been charged, saying he was losing money. He pretty much refused to give me an installation date and when I asked to speak to someone in charge, he informed me he was the general manager. I wouldn't use Florissant Glass again under any circumstances: rude, unprofessional and insulting.
