**WARNING: POTENTIAL SCAM ALERT!!!** - Antonio Mendoza-Hernandez, the supposed owner of Magic Outdoors Landscape Services, has been accused of causing significant damage to my yard. In July 2023, I hired a landscaper named Antonio Mendoza-Hernandez, who claims to be the owner of an Magic outdoors Landscape LLC, to carry out Lawn Leveling services on my yard. Despite our specific request for Screened topsoil, Mr. Mendoza intentionally used Top Soil containing an excessive amount of wood chips. He assured us that this material would be effective but that didn’t happen at all. As a result of his actions, my entire yard is now covered in wood chips, severely hindering the growth of the grass. The presence of these wood chips in the topsoil is preventing the grass from growing properly, leading to an unsightly appearance. Despite numerous attempts to contact Antonio Mendoza, requesting him to visit my property, assess the situation, and address the issue, I have not received any response from him. Despite my efforts to work with him to resolve the problem, he has failed to take any corrective action. It is evident that he deliberately misrepresented himself as a Licensed Landscaper. I have provided my attorney with estimates from other companies detailing the cost required to repair and restore the yard. My lawyer mailed a demand letter, only to discover that Mr. Mendoza has changed the address associated with his LLC in an attempt to evade legal action. He has also been contacted via email but has chosen to ignore all attempts at communication. By constantly changing his contact information, he is attempting to avoid being held accountable. However, he will soon realize that in the United States, evading the law by changing addresses is not a viable option. He will face the repercussions of his actions.
