I was given a firm written estimate to cut and remove a tree (Estimate #116). People showed up and said the estimate was no good and they refused to do the work. I feel I had a contract that they did not honor.

I had a great experience with Polo and 3-G trees. I got quotes from multiple companies to get multiple trees and stumps taken out around my home. 3-G trees stood out not only because of a great price, but because Polo was honest and upfront about the estimate. He was very reasonable when discussing everything I wanted done. So I was getting a great price, but what about the work? Wow. I could not believe how fast, smooth and safe the whole process was. They arrived on time and where done on time. They did everything I asked and more. Afterwards the yard was spotless. No limbs and no trash. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. I like that. I highly recommend this company to you and if I need more trees taken out or trimmed I will definitely hire them again.
