My company provided dumpsters to these people for a few years. They burned us for $5,500. Stay away.

My floor is separating after less than a year old - IMG installed it and there is no way to reach them. Lowe's hired them to do the job and now Lowe's wants nothing to do with trying to help me fix it. I am reaching out to you to please come fix my floor that you installed.

IMG was the Installer of my kitchen and bathroom tile floor hired through Lowes of Avondale, PA. I would very strongly recommend not hiring this group. The installer did not follow the specifications for tile floor on the manufacturers literature, was caught loading my extra supplies in his truck, and broke a toilet in the process. In addition, the grout lines and the replacement of molding are extremely sloppy and uneven that it makes the whole floor look horrible. When Roy, the manager from IMG came to my home to inspect the job, he argued with me for over 1/2 hr about the quality of his installers before very reluctantly admitting that the whole floor needed to be torn up and replaced. I would be very careful using this group whether through Lowes or without. After almost 2 months, my situation has still not been resolved.
