Customer stated while washing dishes, water comes up from drain. Water does not drain. Also, when laundry is discharging, water comes through kitchen drain line. We, removed clean out to access drain line. Water flushed out, and began to level out, indicating stoppage is further in drain line. Ran our 1/2 cable through clean out, hit and cleared stoppage within 25 ft. Stoppage caused by build up.

Dug from meter, and saw cut and jack hammered asphalt drive way. Cut out old galvanized manifold. Installed new 1-1/4 copper water service and installed 1-1/4 x 3/4 tee with isolation valve for front yard irrigation and installed irrigation box. Continued copper line to main at house with 2" abs pipe for sleeve. Installed separate valves for front irrigation and installed 1" ball valve, garden bib and pressure regulator for house. Ran separate 1" copper line with 1" ball valve for backyard irrigation. Ran 30 ft. of 1" copper under house to back yard. Installed 1 x 3/4 x 3/4 copper tee with new garden bib, and hammer arrestor . Built copper manifold for irrigation with 8 separate ball valves. Installed uni-strut to support copper manifold. Pressure tested all lines. Found no leaks. Back filled hole back to grade. Patched and compacted asphalt drive way.

Installed new 1-1/2 Wilkins Back Flow preventer with new copper pipe & fittings. Also to dug around and poured concrete slab, and installed security cage and anchored to new slab.

Turned water off to main building, drained out water system. Removed two waterless urinals from wall. Saw cut and jack hammer in front of urinal location, dug up and located sewer line. Plumbed in two new closet bend/flanges to 12" rough in. Re-do proper venting to accommodate new toilets. Back filled and patch concreted. Installed two new pressure assist two-piece toilets with open front seats. Ran new 1/2 copper water lines for each toilet & installed 1/4 turn angle stops shut off with steel braided supply lines. Installed stainless partition walls & doors for toilet stalls & single wall for urinal.

Ran camera inspection through sewer line, found sewer line had roots entering pipe. Located sewer in 6ft. deep. Dug and exposed line. Cut and replaced with new 4"abs pipe.

Ran main line through clean out. Hit first stoppage within 5 ft. Hit another stoppage within 15 ft. Line cleared, removed large amounts of roots in line. Ran camera through line, found sewer line has severe root problem. Every 5 ft. Roots impacting line.Dug from clean out to side walk, exposed sewer line. Cut out damaged clay sewer line and installed new 4" abs sewer pipe total distance 35ft.
