I’m certified through AHIT American Home Inspectors Training and have completed their Master Training course. I’ve been certified by the city of San Francisco as a Building High Rise Safety Inspector. I have a degree in electronics and have completed the core business program at The University of Phoenix. I’ve also been certified as a Level 1 Infrared Thermographer. I’ve spent many years of my life overseeing and managing large scale industrial project and infrastructure upgrades involving many aspects of the construction phases including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and structural components. It’s taken me many years to gain this experience and knowledge and I’d like to put these skills and experience to work for you!
