Jeff Park is the most unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent contractor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He was referred by the company Homee so I assumed he had a good reputation, it was only after the problems that I did my own research and found all the negative reviews on multiple platforms and revoked accreditation from the BBB that gave him an F. In 7 days, he worked three half days all starting around noon, no call no showed twice and was subsequently fired. In the three half days actually "worked" he managed to botch my plumbing in my bathroom that now needs to be ripped out and redone because it isn't to code, disconnected a toilet 1/2" supply line for no reason but claimed it was leaking, "installed" a new shower valve backward, soldered the brand new shower valve connections instead of using threaded connections as called for so I will need to purchase a new one, did not line up any of the bathroom fixtures connections, Installed a washer wall box not to code and installed one broken cement board that is the wrong size that needs to be removed. This man has an excuse for everything and lies constantly. I have filed a complaint with DORA and Homee about his conduct and Homee has since revoked his status with them. All in all, he left my bathroom in worse shape and put my family out for weeks now because of his incompetence,  I highly recommend never hiring this man.

Jeffrey Parks was referred to us by Home Depot as an "expert" to install a guest bathroom vanity. After the fact we learned that Colby's Custom Creations is delinquent with the state of Colorado and should not be using the LLC designation for contracting. We also discovered that this company has had their relationship with the BBB revoked for not responding to complaints. Mr. Park took our deposit, waited for the check to clear and then vanished. He does not respond to telephone calls, voicemail messages or emails. We are out almost $500. Use this company at your own risk.

Hired to install fence. It's been months he took my money left a mess and never installed. He won't give refund. I suggest anyone who has had this happen contact the State attorney general and report to the fraud department. He told me the world doesn't revolve around me but he stole my money and fence. It's not right.

He took my money and never completed, or really even started, the job. Always had an excuse when cancelling plans to come work on it. Same situation when trying to get refund. Still not received. He's a thief.
