Jacob's Lawn Care

Had him and his other guy come to my business to do the lawn, said would be flexible around there schedule to stop by to do the lawn. Broke a big window, by accident...which I do understand those things can happen, I wasn't upset over that. Said the window would be in Friday of the next week. From that point on the communication went down the drain with Jacob. Said he was coming, never showed. No return for calls. He was already paid for that time and in advance for another time of doing the lawn. I am a business owner, I understand things don't always go right, but the fact he made me wait over 2 weeks for something he obviously wasn't going to take care of. I also have already had a business relationship with Jacob for over year before this so the fact he didn't care to just be upfront about the situation shows you the kind of business he wants to run and the person. I even offered to cover some of the cost. Stay away!

Job was done quickly and within the agreed time. Would recommend.
