Ziggy's Locksmithing

Contacted Ziggy's Locksmithing to have 7 locks rekeyed. Scheduled date/time for appointment, and John came to the home to begin services. Arrived at 9:30 AM and was still working 3-4 locks at the same time. I arrived home at 2:00 and witnessed that John had multiple parts and pieces scattered in the hallway, laundry-room and back door areas. I asked how things are going and he indicated that he was repairing many of the locks, as he indicated, "were broken." I had him stop, since he had been at the home for about 4.5 hours and had only completed two locks. He indicated that his service fee was $100, with a previous discussion of it being $70. I finally got John out of my house, by paying an $80 service fee, with no work completed, multiple locks/pieces scattered throughout the home. Very unprofessional, incompleted work by John Zager with Ziggy's Locksmithing in Fort Collins, CO.
