Wanted patio stained. Picked a nice light neutral color. Sent pictures to Dylan. Not much contact with them until they showed up to stain. They simply power washed patio then stained it on Saturday June 4. Came back Monday the 6, and stained while we were at work. Worst job I’ve ever seen! Drips going down side, places they didn’t stain!! Then discover this morning it’s already coming up! The epoxy sealer bubbled up right after they put it on! Patio looks like a dark marble floor that water pools up on if sprinklers go off! Can’t even walk on it or move a lawn chair! As of comes off! We are just sick we trusted this company! Worst thing, they won’t return phone calls regarding the matter! Definitely not worth $2700!!!!

Fort Collins Exterior House Painting | Jul 2011 | This is a fairly typical home in west Fort Collins. The back had a large walk-out basement, making the top of the roofline fairly high. We used a high-quality acrylic paint with a satin finish. We re-caulked the entire home, sanded/primed areas of failing paint and applied two coats of paint to the body and the trim. | $5k | Fort Collins, CO |
