As a Fort Collins roofing company, we live where you live. Even when when we were called Stockton Roofing, our customers were, quite literally, our neighbors, and that’s why we provide respect and courtesy in an industry known for exactly the opposite. So we have to ask, are you concerned that getting a new roof might be a nightmare like you’ve seen in the news? We consider the safety of our customers our top priority. After all, we have wives, sisters or moms and would want their roofing company to treat them well. By being gentlemen in an industry that’s generally gruff and rugged, we stand out from the other guys. To put you at ease, we provide as much information throughout the process about the people on your property like detailed background information, and name badges for all uniformed crew and salesmen involved with your project. And so you’re more comfortable with the guys who are practically a part of your family for a few days, we’ll introduce you to the crew on the first day of your project. We want to be your first choice for Fort Collins roofing, so we treat our customers the way we want to be treated. From the first phone call to the final hand shake, our customers feel safe, listened to, and respected. Call us today and see it for yourself!

I am really puzzled by the high reviews, as my experience was completely different. First, they changed the quote, after it was signed, and gave me another one higher once they found out that insurance would pay more for certain items. I said I would only go with them if they honored their first quote, so then they did. Second, when they finally came to do the roof, they parked their trailer in front of my garage, which would have been ok if they would have let me know in advance that they would need to do so and from what time to what time. For a whole day I could not get the car out, but the worst happened the next day, when I could not get the car out to go to work. They left their trailer there overnight, with no warning about it. I tried to contact them on the phone, when the boss messaged me I had already arranged a friend's car for the next day, worried it could not be solved when I had to go to work. The boss said the trailer was gone all evening. False. I was here, he was not, when I went to bed the trailer was here, and when I got up, same thing. I never heard any movement there, and I was never let know that they were moving it. When I was told in the morning that the trailer was gone, I went out to check and they were there, trailer was there, and they were working. I tried to talk to the workers, in two languages as I am bilingual myself, to no avail. They would not move the trailer, AT ALL. Desperate I called the police, who told me to ask them. I said I had done so, with no success. I don't know if this is because I was a woman or what was the reason, but I can't believe they would not move the trailer. No compensation was offered for the time lost and all the stressed caused. I did receive apologies, but I can't believe how I was not listened to when I asked for the trailer to be moved so I could get my car out and my word that the trailer was still out was not believed (why would I make that up?). And I can't believe I was not told about when the trailer would be there AT ALL. They also left the door to the yard open, when they went out for lunch, so my dog could have escaped or another animal come in. Did not put back the stuff they moved. Just generally a careless treatment all around. This is the first one start I ever give in a review and I will write to the Better Business Bureau. Not much can be done now, but I really do not think this is five stars deserving business by any stretch. The quality of the job was ok, but the customer service was shady, careless, and resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress for the customer.
