Hi, my name is Dylan. I found your business through a listing on Porch and wanted to reach out. The reason being is that I'm the owner of a digital marketing company that provides a much better experience than what Porch, Homeadvisor, and other similar platforms do. Not only do we send more leads, but the leads are exclusively yours and not shared with other businesses which makes it easier for you to land the jobs. As opposed to just putting you into a glorified phone book like those big "lead generation companies" I mentioned do, we're actually building out legitimate marketing campaigns and making daily optimizations based on data to always improve upon the results. Also, I want to make it as easy as possible for people to use my company without risk and see the results for themselves, so we have a policy that you don't owe us anything unless you're seeing a profitable return. I've talked to so many business owners who don't know that there are better marketing and lead generation options than the Homeadvisors and Porch's of the world. From what I've gathered it's a very costly and poor performing system they offer and I'm always happy to show business owners that there is a way better solution. Due to our money back guarantee I mentioned prior, there's no downside to giving my company a chance for a month and seeing what we can do. Simply email me back at dylan.clickshero@gmail.com or text me at 207-360-7781 and we can set up a time to chat. Thanks

I first spoke to Richie and Lacey in the Summer of 2019. I wanted to hire them to fix some cracks in my concrete driveway and to paint and seal the driveway so that the sap from the two oak trees would not cause the driveway to look very dirty. It rained a lot that summer and they could not get the job started before I had to go out of town. Since they had not stared the work, I decided to postpone the work until the next summer when I would be around to supervise. Summer 2020 came, and I contacted Richie and Lacey again about doing the work since I already had a quote with them from the previous year. He quoted me the same price of $3000. I should have known something was wrong when he sent me an invoice that did not have R and L Paving and Roofing as the company was called in summer 2019 but Stamp Concrete Pros. I went against my gut feelings and hired Richie and Lacey to cut the concrete slab for my driveway as well as seal crack and paint the driveway in a concrete color. Richie promised he would do an excellent job. I paid him $1500 upfront to start the job. It rained a lot and he could not get the job done before I had to leave town again. Since he had already started the job, I had no other choice but to trust that he will finish the job. He sent me a picture showing that the work was completed. I could still see small cracks in the driveway. He promised me he was going to put another coat or two of concrete paint on the driveway and I would never see the cracks when he was done. I paid him the second $1500 in good faith. Big mistake. Richie and Lacey never came back to finish the work. Since returning home I have called him over five times and left messages on his voice mail. He refuses to return my call or meet with me to discuss the job or fix the problem. I would never recommend his company to anyone. He will talk a good talk when he is trying to get you to hire him for the job. Then he will subcontract the job to someone else and never show up on the job to see what is going on. I believe in Karma that what goes around, comes around. Richie robbed me of $3000 and I am sure his day is coming in court. He is now operating under a new company called Stamp Concrete Pros. Do not use his company unless you have money to throw away.

I cannot recommend Richie Donovan or Stamp Concrete Pros (SCP). In summary, he took my deposit, promised to start almost immediately, rescheduled that start date for weeks, then promised to refund my money, and then stopped responding and I never got my money back. In detail, he showed up on Friday, April 30th. He gave me a quote, I accepted, and I gave him a deposit to get started. He said he would start Monday, May 3rd. Then it was Tuesday, May 4th, then Wednesday, May 5th. This went on and on, with new excuses each time, and more promises to start. We get to Sunday, May 9th and he promises he will give me a start date that he will uphold. No response on May 9th. On Monday, May 10th he promises his guys will start on Tuesday, May 11th. Same thing continues for another week. All the while I have a contractor that needs to start other work when Richie finishes. Tuesday May 18th he says he will mail me a check to refund the deposit. Fast forward to June 22nd, and I still have not received a check and I haven’t heard back from Richie since then, despite multiple follow ups. Patio work never got started, deposit never got refunded, and he won’t respond to a text or e-mail.

Richie O'Donovan beat us out of $500 dollars on a $12K job of which he never showed up to the job once! He subbed out the work and never completed the job. I have multiple texts back and forth over months from him saying he is a man of his word and he'll be back, blah, blah, blah. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but what a waste of time. The color on the stamped patios looks like crap...not at all what was proposed. An iguana jumped on the patio while the concrete was setting and they did nothing to resolve it. To this date, there are huge indentations in the stamping, looks like crap. Our job began in October of 2019. By December of 2019, he dissolved his company, R&L Paving, and re-filed with the state under the new name of Stamp Concrete Professionals. He and his wife moved from Hollywood to Ft. Lauderdale. He never returned calls and clearly felt his reputation wasn't worth anything over $500. They hit a water line while digging up for the driveway. His subs (great guys), could not fix it on a Saturday. My husband called in one of his guys (at his expense) to fix the leak. Don't use this guy or his company! This is the first time I have ever written a review of this nature. It clearly is not about the money. To not finish the job and rip someone off over $500 and not take pride in your work speaks volumes to someone's character. Changing company names and corporations is also super telling. Shame on me for paying so much up front - he's ruined it for the next guy that's honest and wants to pay his guys. We were going to sue him for the damage he caused, poor workmanship and for the $500 in not finishing the job. We thought about taking the time to go through the process, principally, he needs to know what he's done is wrong. Getting his name out there may save someone else. That's worth more to us than the aggravation and money.
