I want to clarify that my previous statements about Fitch Builders were incorrect. They are not con artists or crooks but rather a company that values transparency, integrity, and old-school work ethics. Our initial issues were simply a misunderstanding, and I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and making our business relationship work. Fitch Builders goes the extra mile to ensure that clients fully understand their process while bringing projects to life. Their years of experience in both condo and home renovations shine through in their craftsmanship and expertise. They provide valuable insights that complement your vision, helping to enhance the final outcome and create a space you’ll love. Beyond their skills, working with them is a pleasure. I highly recommend you stay far away from this con artist. Run away if you ever happen to be introduced to him. He will lie to you, promise you everything and be the good guy in the beginning to get your business and money, then do a complete 180. You’ll start noticing his lazy tendencies, first it will start off with a little work done and by the second week, the excuses start coming- “I’m going to get supplies, I’m in “traffic,” I have a family Emergency, I have to run an errand.” He has more excuses than a politician. I even took time off from my actual job so he would have no choice but to show up and I could oversee his work. I actually helped him with the renovations and labor because he literally has zero people working for him and this would actually give him no choice but to actually do what he was paid for. He has no crew, he is basically a one man operation.Trust me, he will do shoddy work, lie about being on site but actually work on other peoples projects if they pay more. He will leave the job site to run his personal errands (get food, haircuts, see clients to get paid, go home). He speaks poorly of women and calls them derogatory and horrible names that he is working with. He lies about working. Never shows up on time or comes unprepared. Fair warning- he will ALWAYS come unprepared. He will never get supplies or plan ahead because that gives him reason to go to the store in the morning to get supplies and waste half the day, when in reality, he is running his errands or is just home sleeping. He will literally make it impossible for you to trust him or work with him, so he likes to gain your trust, steal your money and give you no choice but to tell him to work or don’t show up and then CLAIM, he was wrongfully terminated. He’s a con artist and professional at this. He has had so many court cases and this is not the first time he’s screwed over people. Don’t trust his fake smiles and kind gestures. It’s all a scam. Probably the most unprofessional and biggest con artist I’ve met. There are so many other reasons he is the lowest of the lows but I don’t have ten hours to write about his unprofessional and disgusting demeanor. I pray you never run into this guy or work with him. You’ve been warned.
