I contracted Pedro Guzman to do my roof and that was the worst thing I had ever done, he is a rip off, he took most of my money and did a partial work(the guys the did the work were great and di it very well) but this Pedro guy never passed no one inspection and left the job and never returned again. I called 100 times he would never returned my calls, the couple of times I spoke to him he told me he was not going to finish because I had a bad attitude. 2 years after the roof was finish I had not one single inspection done so I had to hire an architect and a GC and paid a lot of money so I could comply with the city's building department otherwise I was going to have to tear off all the roof and start all over. I had paid Pedro most of the money but he refused to be a professional and complete the job. Buyer beware this guy is a rip off
