veterans roofing and remodeling

We first came in contact with Tim Campbell while he was doing a siding job for my neighbor.n My husband asked him to give a quote on putting a metal roof on my screened in porch. Tim came over, did his measurements and gave us a quote. He was back that week and put on the metal roof. He took off 8 fiberglass 10'5" panels and replaced them with 7 10' panels. Do you see the issue? Of course you do. Even I see the issue. We talked to Tim 2 weeks ago and were told he would order the new panels and be there to correct the job. This did not happen. So last week, my husband attempted to call Tim, who did not answer the call. I called him, a number he did not recognize, so he answered. He called my husband back and informed him he would be at our house Tuesday, October 25, 2016 to make the job right on our roof. Not only has he not shown up, he has not ordered the correct material from the metal company and he will not return our phone calls. I am one who likes to give business to small business owners and was hoping to be able to do that with Veterans Roofing and Remodeling. Unfortunately, I do not like for my money to be taken and a job not be done correctly. He attempted to tell my husband the job he did was to spec and there some type of material he would use to fill in the gaps - this is not acceptable! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR - you will regret it!
