I can’t begin to thank you enough for the top notch work that you and your team did on my home. Making the move from Pittsburgh to Sanibel Island has not been an easy task. Relocating your entire family 1200 miles away can put an enormous strain on not only my life, but the wife & daughter’s life as well. Having to search for a trust worthy and reliable contractor is just about as stressful. I called around to a few different contractors in the Ft. Myers area to get pricing once I had made it to Sanibel. However, I knew from the start that I had made the right decision in contacting Berkshire Bay Contractors. Your prompt response to my phone call and quick action to survey the work that needed to be done was unmatched. You’re professional and caring demeanor made the decision very easy for me and my family. In less than three days, two of which were a Saturday & Sunday, the work began. The team of workers you had on site, Ivan, Miguel & Julio were very organized and efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done and wasted no time in getting down to business. Not only were Ivan, Miguel & Julio skilled, they were also very personable. At the end of everyday they consulted with me on the work that had been done and kept me in the loop on their intentions for the following day. They also ensured that any mess that was made was cleaned up, and the area secured before leaving for the day. I am amazed of the amount of work that had been completed in just one week’s time. Again, I can’t thank you enough for the quality work and making our new home feel like home. My wife, daughter and I are extremely happy with the home improvements that you and your team were able to accomplish, as they say, “happy wife, happy life”. I cannot wait to begin the next step in home improvements and I will be sure to use Berkshire Bay in the future. THANK YOU!!!!!
