We are problem solvers for condo managers, commercial building managers, and homeowner's association board members because we are able to fix and/or restore practically any issue with the exterior of their buildings. This saves our clients time and aggravation of having to search for other companies to repair their buildings. We rarely have to hire sub-contractors because we employ a diverse group of skilled tradesmen such as roofers, concrete repair technicians, carpenters, masons, pavers, waterproofers, and building restoration specialists.

Restoration of Iconic Building Built in 1966 | Feb 2013 | We completed virtually all of the restoration work - excluding electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. We removed the existing roof and roof decking structure, siding, stucco, stone, and all of the existing wood truss mansards. The building now has a new upper roof deck and roof system, all new wood trusses on the facade, and has all new metal standing seam roof panels on the mansard. In addition, an old concrete stair tower on the rear of the building has been removed.
