At our expense, we repaired their spraying their sealer onto our stucco. They eventually returned to clean our cushions as part of their work on our home, and asked to 'bill us'. We told Sherri the cost of that was in our original quote and she responded with very disrespectful, harsh comments. She was incorrect...as we looked at their e-mail and it DID indeed note cushion cleaning. Not only did we absorb the cost of fixing their mistake on our stucco (had to repaint the entire side of the garage at our cost), but we Do Not appreciate their tone. Never will use them again.
