A1 Gator

My septic was pomp by gator 1 , the guy name travice was not giving answers to my qoustains ,so was left alone to do is job ,aperntly he did not cover the leeds properly ,leeds was not scrow to tank at all !!! And cover with dirt .aftwer 2 days it rain hard and leeds float and septic tank fild up again to top ,i called the office to ask for re pomp ,and they said my sub pump was not working and for that they will not pump my septic again for free ! ,i told them that the pump work fine ,that it was just un plug by the tenet wen it indicate septic full ,they told me I'm laying and said tecnition will come look and if sub pump dont work tjey will not pump for free , he found nothing wrong with the pump ,then the manager said we were using to much water according his water records!!! Witch i have ,and indicate no 1000 galon was even use in 3 month prayer to that .but they refuse free service .the whole time i felt like i was doing something wrong and that this is my problem . They did told me what the tecniten said even he was not finding any wrong with the septic ,the owner did not find the time to tallk with me and blow me away by is secratery who told me she cant do anyting for me frome that point ! ,4 days i am trying to explain and 4 days i was treted like moron ,they will not give me time wen truck will be on the property ,even i ask to be notefid ,meneger wen tallk to did not agree with anything i said and was not welcoming at all ,i would strongly recommend not to use this company if you want to be treted with respect and looking for fair service .never again gator one . You the worst company i ever works with .
