Most police officers are not aware of Tennessee code 39-14-154, which makes what he is doing felony theft. Numerous customers have filed civil charges against him, but stealing money from customers is a FELONY, according to the aforementioned Tennessee code. Inform the officer that you speak with of the Tennessee code. You have one year from the date he stole your deposit, to file felony charges, so do not delay.

Gary Jarnagin, arrested in June 2019, for felony theft. He is a criminal, and professional scammer.

I would give Gary Jarnigan, owner, zero stars, if this was an option. Gary Jarnigan is a crook and a scammer! He now calls his company "Jarnigan's Fence", but it was previously called "Faithful Fence", and has also been called "Battlefield Fence and Decks." He changes the name of the company so he can continue to steal money from clients, with the hope that they will not read the terrible reviews. Search for the company "Faithful Fence" in the Better Business Bureau, and you will see that this company has an "F." All of the complaints to the BBB were the same. He asks for a deposit, takes the money, and immediately cashes the check. Then he doesn't show up to complete the job!!! An Internet search on him reveals that he has filed bankruptcy twice, and that he has taken deposits from numerous people and not performed any work. This guy should be arrested for fraud! He wears a dog tag that says "JESUS", and he claims to be a Christian, in order to pull people into his web of lies. The "good reviews" that are posted are fake. If you research the names on the "good reviews" you will find that they don't exist. AVOID THIS EVIL MAN AT ALL COSTS!!!!
