Months ago we contacted them to do some plumbing for us. 3 faucets --replacing two old one and adding one new one (running a line to the side of the house) on the exterior of the house. They didn't get back to us for months. In Aug. They informed us it cost a $50 service fee for them to come out see and write us an estimate. A young man came out on Aug. 29. and said he'd go back to his computer and write up our estimate. We paid the fee and they have never gotten back to us. I guess they charge 50$ to come VISIT with you. We never heard from them again.
