Hirschberg Mechanical LLC

My child flushed a toilet paper holder down the drain. Needless to say, our toilet would no longer flush after about 3 days. I called on a Sunday as we have a family of 5 and can't live without a toilet too long! Kevin was very helpful stating that we would get a very costly bill for just coming out on the weeken and offered some support via telephone with no additional fees. We used our basement toilet for the reminder of the day. He came out the next day and fixed it for us. I would highly recommend this company, especially Kevin!

Contracted with Hirschberg Mechanical to connect the water and sewer service to the house. Hirschberg completely dropped the ball on the installation. I ended up having to hire other contractors to come in and correct the errors of Hirschberg. First they didn't order the right size wires for the pump and I had to pay a contractor to come out and show them what to do. Very scary proposition considering the critical utilities they were connecting. Unfortunately I had paid for most of the work upfront and couldn't just walk away from Hirschberg and use someone else. Also time was of the essence as they were in the process of stuccoing the house and needed water. Because of the delays caused by Hirschberg we ended up having to ship water into the house at a significant cost. When Hirschberg finally finished the water service 2 months late they buried the curb stop so no one could find it. We had to have another plumber come out and find the curb stop and then raise it above grade. I'm sure there will be more problems in the future. Hirschberg's lack of professionalism and timeliness was appalling. I would never recommend Hirschberg Mechanical. STAY AWAY!!!
