I possess a good working knowledge of current plumbing, electrical and general construction practices and have previously worked in the painting, construction and flooring industries. I can help with the following and much more; • Installation of new light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches and other small electrical jobs or just help replace that light bulb that is too hard to reach • Instillation of updated bathroom fixtures, minor leak repair, or towel racks hung • Ceramic tile or grout repair or small ceramic tile jobs • Cleaning of gutters, patios or garages, or just help with organization. • Small landscape projects, including edging, weeding gardens or flower beds or other lawn maintenance needs as well as placement of landscape rock or mulch. • Wood fence repair • Experienced ex-professional painter for interior or exterior painting or staining jobs. • Drywall repair, holes patched, heavy pictures or mirrors hung. • Items moved to and from the attic or seasonal furniture moved indoors for winter • Shelves built, installed or just help clean and organize the existing ones • Prescriptions or groceries picked up and delivered, even in the worst winter weather Almost ANYTHING you could think of but felt the job was too small to hire out, I'm your man.
