I was issued a quote with a contract and given a date of service. That date of service has been pushed back by 3 weeks. Two no shows and terrible excuses outside of the stated "weather permitting" exclusion. Original date given was a no show no call. The follow up date reluctantly given was told another accident / injury occurred. Poor customer service and now I need to file a small claim to get my retainer money back. More importantly vital work to the structure of my home has not been completed. Do Not Use!
