Michael repaired and stained our porch/deck. He does excellent work at a fair price. He is thorough in his planning and meticulous in his work. He is a good communicator. He completed his work in a timely manner, stayed within the budget estimate, and completed the work exactly as he said he would.

My covered porch was in need of repair which included the roof, adding a downspout, replacing fascia boards and railings and re-facing pillars. Michael provided a very thorough explanation of how he would accomplish the repairs; he discussed the material options available; and provided a detailed and fair estimate. During the project he discussed issues as they arose (typical when working on a 92 yr old house) and offered reasonable solutions. Michael exceeded my expectations with the quality of the of his work. I also found him to be very professional, easy to work with and conscientious. I highly recommend him and will be calling upon him for my ongoing home projects.

Michael has done a few different projects for us. He has always been professional, honest, courteous, and keeps his work environment clean. Real easy to do business with, trustworthy, and pays attention to detail.
