I explained to Jerry this was a different issue than before and he still will not take the time to inspect the problem.

Jerry was great! He called me shortly after I emailed and he was able to work within my short timeline. Then he called me again the morning of the appointment, and arrived at the scheduled time. He helped tighten up my squeaky stairs. He was efficient, did a great job, and his rate was very reasonable.

Well no one ever got back to me to tell me anything, so I guess my experience was not that great!

Handyman Pro's called within a few minutes of me submitting the request as did several other professionals. Jerry Hollis the owner and operator called first and was eager to work with my schedule. He made the appointment for the next day at noon. He called at that morning at 8:30 AM and said he could come early and be at my house by 9:15 AM if that was convenient for me. Mr. Hollis was prompt, professional, experienced, and friendly. Best of all the job is completed and at a reasonable rate. He even noticed by door had a problem and fixed it on his way out free of charge. He left me his card and I will call him again when needed. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
